WTF Do You Do?: Career Demystification Podcast
The Problem
We have so many job titles today: PM, Software Developer, Solution Analyst… but even when they’re spelled the same way, they can mean completely different things depending on the company, team, or country. This lack of clarity creates real problems:
-
Recruiters struggle to find the right people because candidates don't even know some roles exist.
-
People end up unhappy in their jobs because they never understood what the job actually involved.
At the same time, roles are evolving faster than ever, with new ones constantly emerging and existing titles being redefined.
What I Built
I created WTF Do You Do?, a weekly podcast where I interview friends across different roles and companies to break down what they actually do day to day. Each conversation focuses on real responsibilities, skills that truly matter, tradeoffs, and how people ended up in their roles. The goal is to demystify modern jobs and help people make more informed career decisions based on their interests, strengths, and desired lifestyle.
